Our Story

With successful careers spanning business change and technology transformation in high profile multinationals and growth SME’s, Paul Eysink and Jason Oakes shared passion for helping businesses and their management teams grow and improve lead to the creation of a plan to solve the challenges faced by business management.

A plan to approach business consultancy in a different way.

A plan that asked the same questions of themselves as their future clients;

Where to start?

We’ve all heard the phrase, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.” It was exactly this analogy that Paul and Jason realised was the shortcoming of traditional business or management consultancy. It is not enough to identify problems or opportunities, nor to carry out the work as a third-party consultancy firm; the opportunities must be explored, learnt and implemented by the business themselves to maximise their full learning potential
